Eikasmós. Quaderni Bolognesi di Filologia Classica ( Eng . Eikasmos. Bolognese booklets for classical philology ) is an Italian ancient philological journal.

Eikasmós is published once a year at the University of Bologna . The magazine was founded in 1990 by Enzo Degani . Each issue is divided into four sections: The first is dedicated to ancient literature itself and offers essays critical of the text and interpretative essays. The second part deals with the history of classical antiquity. The third part offers reviews of new publications and a critical examination of research trends. The fourth section contains bibliographical references to new publications in the field of classical philology. Most of the contributions are published in Italian; However, there are also quite a few essays in English, some in German.

After they have been published in print, all contributions are also placed in an online database containing the tables of contents as well as all articles and reviews (in HTML format and as a PDF file ). A series of Studi di Eikasmós Online is also published there (an edition of the Arabic Galen translation of Ishâq di al-Hîra ; Bologna 2004). The journal has two series of publications , the Studi (studies) and Sussidi di Eikasmós (materials). The magazine's editors are currently (2011) Francesco Bossi , Gabriele Burzacchini , Ornella Montanari , Vinicio Tammaro and Renzo Tosi . Eikasmós is published by Liligraf di L. Parma in San Lazzaro di Savena near Bologna.
