Eila Kivikk'aho

Eila Sylvia Kivikk'aho (born Lamberg , actually Sammalkorpi after 1948 ; * February 8, 1921 in Sortavala ; † June 21, 2004 in Helsinki ) was a Finnish poet and translator.

She received the State Prize for Literature in 1951, 1961, 1971 and 1976. One of Kivikk'aho's most famous poems is "Nocturno" from 1942.
