Moderation

The first presenter of the show was Max von Malotki , who presented it until the end of 2010. In 2010, Sabine Heinrich joined the team of moderators as a pregnancy replacement for Anja Backhaus, who moderated the show from 2009. Even after returning from Backhaus, Heinrich still moderated occasionally. Bianca Hauda joined EINSWEITER as a moderator . In the summer of 2010, Vasco Boenisch and Andrea Losleben represented the show. In January 2011, Thilo Jahn and Nadia Kailouli joined them, who now formed the permanent team together with Anja Backhaus.

Rubrics

There were several fixed rubrics in the program; in “Presse Reloaded” current texts from print and web were critically discussed. In the sections “Backhaus' World”, “Kailoulis World” and “Jahn's World”, the three moderators went to their favorite places for short contributions or interviewed people from current affairs. Often they also tested out special activities; they cooked, sewed, flew, glued or produced themselves. The contributions were usually adaptations or repetitions of other magazine programs of the ARD broadcasters and third party programs. A photo of a sunset was shown at the end of each episode. The photos had been sent in by viewers.

Extra expenses

On Fridays there was a talk edition of the program entitled EINSWEITERgefragt, in which a studio guest was interviewed. When EINSWEITER was no longer broadcast continuously and a summer break was taken, repetitions of EINSWEITERgefragt were shown as an alternative .

Special shipments

EINSWEITER special was sent on current occasions ; the moderators left the studio and explored exhibitions or other events.

During the first few years of the Berlinale , there was the special broadcast EINSWEITER Berlinale Diary with the participation of the RBB . Arndt Breitfeld was the moderator and reporter . In the “EinsDrauf” section , Nina Queer commented on the events every day. EINSWEITER Berlinale Diary ran for the last time in 2012.
