The gardening and landscaping collection point (EWGaLa) is a joint institution of the profession and has been commissioned since 1974 on the basis of an administrative agreement with the Federal Employment Agency , from all companies and independent operating departments of gardening, landscaping and sports field construction (GaLaBau), the predominantly structural Carry out activities, collect the winter employment contribution and pay it to the Federal Employment Agency.
