The railway workers' house at Radebeul Ost train station is in the Radebeul original mark of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built around 1895 as a small official residence for a railway employee. The address is Am alten Güterboden 2 after the old Güterboden train station in Radebeul Ost to the east . The former address Sidonienstraße 1b refers to the fact that the building is a listed building part of the Radebeul Ost train station ensemble and the narrow-gauge railway Radebeul Ost – Radeburg .

The small residential building, which is also listed as a single monument , is a one and a half-story plastered building, which faces the street independently of the gable and forms the eastern boundary of the station forecourt with the long side. To the right there is a low extension along the road.

The jamb and the gable are boarded up. Overall, the building has echoes of the Swiss style .

The civil servants' residence is important in terms of both building history and traffic history.
