Eismann is a name given to traveling sellers of ice cream .

Name change

The ice cream man used to describe a profession that no longer exists today: the ice cream man was the forwarder of natural ice and factory -made ice cream bars to end users. In the catering industry , for example , ice sticks were used to cool drinks in beer cellars until the late 1960s .
