The Eixener See is a lake in the municipality of Eixen in the Vorpommern-Rügen district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania . It is a little indented body of water north of the eponymous place. The lake has a distinctive bay on the west side and an approximately circular basin in the east. Here is also the deepest part of the lake. It has an east-west extension of about 540 meters and is up to 350 meters wide. The water has a circumference of about one and a half kilometers. The lake flows through the Bek, which seven kilometers east into the Blinde Trebelflows out. The Mühlenberg, a little over 27 meters high, rises a little south of the lake. The Ellernquell wetland adjoins the western shore of the lake. There is a swimming area on the east bank.
