El Beda is the Arabic name of a predynastic settlement and necropolis in the third millennium BC. BC, which was about 53 km east of Minschat Abu Omar on the Sinai Peninsula .
Ancient Egyptian trade relations to Retjenu are already documented for this time , which also explains that El Beda was a station on the original Horus Way .
