The Elephant Pass Road is a trunk road in the northeast of the Australian state of Tasmania . It connects the Esk Highway (A4) in St. Marys with the Tasman Highway (A3) on the east coast of the island . It has the same alphanumeric designation as the Esk Highway.

In St. Marys the Elephant Pass Road branches off from the Esk Highway, which leads northeast over St. Marys Pass and meets the Tasman Highway west of Falmouth .
The Elephant River Road runs southeast through the Gray settlement and over the Elephant Pass . It is connected to the Tasman Highway in the Chain of Lagoons .
