Elfriede Kayser

Elfriede Kayser , also Elfride (born September 24, 1903 in Hamburg ; † February 27, 1988 there ) was a German politician ( GB / BHE ).

Kayser graduated from high school and then attended a one-year commercial school. After four years in the commercial field, she attended the social pedagogical institute in Hamburg and received state recognition as a youth welfare worker. She then worked professionally as a welfare worker in Hanovermünden, Halle and Berlin. From 1936 she ran her own children's home in Cuxhaven. During the Second World War she was caring for in Hamburg.

politics

Kayser joined the GB / BHE. From May 6, 1951 to May 5, 1955, she was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament , where she was deputy chairman of the GB / BHE parliamentary group in 1954/55. Through the merger of the GB / BHE with the German Party (DP) it became a member of the All-German Party (GDP) in 1961 .
