Elia Favilli (born January 31, 1989 in Cecina ) is an Italian road cyclist.
Elia Favilli finished second in the 2007 Italian championship in the road race behind the winner Andrea Palini . At the world championship in Aguascalientes , Mexico , he won the bronze medal in the road race behind his compatriots Diego Ulissi , who also comes from Cecina, and Daniele Ratto . In 2009 Favilli drove for the promociclo Neri Sottoli youth team and at the end of the year he drove for the professional ISD-Neri team as a stagiaire .
