Eliana Bandeira (born July 1, 1996 ) is a Portuguese-Brazilian athlete who specializes in the shot put.

Career

After taking part in Brazilian youth and junior championships in her youth, Eliana Bandeira started at Portuguese indoor championships in Pombal for the first time in 2016 . In the shot put she finished third in Jessica Inchude's victory and won a medal when she first participated in an adult championship. A year later she again took part in the Portuguese indoor championships, which were held again in Pombal. On February 11, 2017, she took second place in the championship shot put competition with a distance of 15.21 meters behind Francislaine Serra . She also started this year for the first time at the Portuguese championships. In Vagos she won the bronze medal in the shot put with a distance of 13.63 meters.

On February 10, 2018, Eliana Bandeira took second place at the Portuguese indoor championships with a width of 15.03 meters, but was still able to win the Portuguese championship title because the winner of the competition, the Guinea-Bissau shot putter Jessica Inchude , did not have a medal could win.
