Elif Senel

Elif Senel , also Elif Şenel (* 1978 in Cologne , North Rhine-Westphalia ) is a presenter on German television and radio , in the latter medium she is currently also working as an editor . In addition to various programs on WDR , she moderates the program on site on the Phoenix television station .

From 1998 to 2006 she studied Political Science , Medieval and Modern History and Islamic Studies at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and completed her studies with a Magistra Artium .

In 2008 and 2009 she received the Axel Springer Prize for young journalists.
