Eliminator is an American thrash metal band from Edison , New Jersey that formed in October 2006.

history

The band was formed in October 2006 in a garage owned by Barbarian and Warchild. They released their first demo called ... Will Kill You in 2007. A little later, Barbarian left the band and was replaced by Samus. Another demo was released in August 2007.

The debut album Breaking the Wheel was released in 2008. The cover of the album was designed by Ed Repka . The album was released in collaboration between Ukragh Productions and Suffering Jesus Productions. Guitarist Scythe and bassist Igor joined the cast for live performances. These in turn were later replaced by guitarist David Hewson and bassist Thai Christ. Thai Christ, however, left the band a short time later and was replaced by Barbarian.

In 2011 the next two albums called The One They Were Waiting For and And the Brokenhearted Balladeers were released via Obskure Sombre Records .

style

The band plays classic thrash metal that can be compared to that of bands like Kreator and Sodom from the mid-1980s. Another feature is the extremely fast playing of the guitar.
