Elina Ramilewna Galijewa ( Russian Элина Рамилевна Галиева ; born November 23, 1984 ) is a Russian skeleton pilot and bobsleigh driver .

In Ufa living Galijewa went in November 2007 for the first time in Skeleton European Cup of the 2007/08 season at the start, after she began in 2006 with the sport. She achieved eighth place straight away, and she was able to repeat this result this winter. She also finished fourth in a local race and narrowly missed the podium. Overall, Galijewa managed three top 10 placements in the 2007/08 European Cup and was overall eighth, which is why she was nominated for the World Cup for the first time in November 2008 . At the season opener in Winterberg she reached 21st place and was one place past the second run. Because of this good result, she received her first World Cup points.

In winter 2007/2008 she started as Daria Titlowa's pusher in the European Cup competitions in the two-man bobsleigh and also took part in the Junior World Championships in February 2008, where she finished twelfth.
