Elisabeth Dittrich

Elisabeth Dittrich (born January 5, 1945 in Vienna ) is an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ).

Life

After attending primary school , Dittrich graduated from the Bundesrealgymnasium in the 13th district of Hietzing , where she graduated in 1963 . As a young woman she worked as a graphic clerk in her parents' company, which she later also ran as managing director.

She joined the SPÖ at a young age and found work in 1975 as an employee in the central secretariat of the SPÖ Vienna. In 1980 she successfully ran for the office of district councilor in Hietzing. After two years at the municipal level, Dittrich became a member of the Federal Council in June 1982 . However, she was a member of this group until May 1983. She then moved into the Vienna State Parliament and City Council as a member of the SPÖ . Until 1990 she held a parliamentary mandate in this way.

Within her party, the SPÖ, she held the post of state women's secretary from 1981 to 1989.
