Elisabeth Kaeser
Elisabeth "Lissi" Kaeser (born January 18, 1882 in Munich ; † October 27, 1953 there ) was a German teacher and member of parliament.
Career
Kaeser joined the SPD in 1919 . From 1920 to 1924 and from 1928 to 1932 she was a member of the Bavarian state parliament . In particular, she advocated equal opportunities for girls in access to education. In 1933 she was dismissed from school for political reasons.
She was rehabilitated after the end of World War II. In 1946 she was a member of the state constituent assembly. The Bavarian State Ministry for Education and Culture appointed her as a consultant for girls' education.
