Elisabeth Raith-Paula (* 1955 in Munich ) is a German physician and book author.

Career

In 1984 Raith-Paula submitted her doctoral thesis to Döring at the University of Munich on the subject of " The modern methods of natural family planning. Aspects of their development, their physiological foundations, methodology and comparison of methods ". From 1985 to 1988 she was an assistant doctor in anesthesia and intensive care medicine at the Neuperlach hospital in Munich. She works in Puchheim and publishes on the subjects of natural family planning and the woman's cycle . Her books have been translated into several languages. Since 1992 she has also been a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences for Social Pedagogy on topics relating to the menstrual cycle , the desire to have children and contraception. In 1999, in collaboration with the Marriage and Family Department of the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising, she founded the “MFM project” for sex education prevention work for girls and boys in puberty. It is now represented by ten partner organizations in 8 European countries as well as in China.
