From December 2003, Outtrim took part in the Nor-Am Cup, the North American continental championship. The first victory at this level followed in February 2005. On January 13, 2006, she made her debut in the Freestyle World Cup and immediately classified seventh in Deer Valley . However, this remained her best result for a long time. It wasn't until three years later that she achieved another top 10 result. In the 2008/09 season she approached the world's best and reached sixth place in the dual moguls competition at the 2009 World Cup .
At the beginning of the 2009/10 season Outtrim achieved insufficient results, which is why they missed the qualification for the Winter Olympics. After three victories in the Nor-Am Cup in a row, she was given another opportunity to start the World Cup and surprisingly won the Moguls competition in the Sierra Nevada on March 18, 2010 . In the 2010/11 World Cup season, Outtrim was five times among the top ten, and at the 2011 World Cup she was fifth in the Moguls competition.
