The Elizabeth Lake is located in Mount Assiniboine Provincial Park in British Columbia at an altitude of around 2,275 meters. The small mountain lake is west of the Assiniboine Lodge and north of the Lake Magog campsite. It is a popular destination for day trips from the lodge or camping. From the observation mountain "The Nublet" there is a view of the lake and the Sunburst Valley behind it.
The lake is named after Elizabeth "Lizzie" Rummel , who operated the Sunburst Cabin on Sunburst Lake as a guest house from 1951 to 1970 .
