Elke Wülfing

Elke Wülfing born Rottmann (born November 7, 1947 in Herford ), state-certified foreign correspondent, was a member of the German Bundestag from December 20, 1990 to September 18, 2005 (four electoral terms) . She was elected for the Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU) through the direct mandate of the constituency of Borken II in North Rhine-Westphalia .

From January 1997 to October 1998 Wülfing held the office of Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Minister for Education, Science, Research and Technology . Since April 2007 Wülfing has been honorary chairwoman of the Münsterland district association of the CDU.
