Ellen Crosby

Ellen Crosby (* 1953 in Boston ) is an American writer and journalist .

Life

Ellen Crosby was born in Boston, Massachusetts , but grew up primarily in Connecticut . She received her bachelor's degree in political science from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC , followed by a master's degree in international relations from Johns Hopkins University . First she worked as an economist at the US Senate , then she became a journalist. Crosby has worked as a freelance journalist both in the USA and as a correspondent in London, Moscow and Geneva for ABC Radio News, the Wall Street Journal and the Christian Science Monitor, among others . During her time in London in the 1990s, she wrote her first novel, Moscow Nights . She now works full-time as a writer.

Ellen Crosby lives with her family in Virginia , just outside Washington, DC
