Ellerbach (Saale)
The Ellerbach is a tributary of the Saale . It flows through the Burgenlandkreis and the Saalekreis in Saxony-Anhalt and flows into the Saale at Bad Dürrenberg .
Places on the Ellerbach are Schweßnitz, Ellerbach , Tollwitz and Bad Dürrenberg.
The Ellerbach is of particular importance in connection with the preservation of the floodplain landscapes in the area of the Saale. Since 2000 he has been looked after by the “Arbeitskreis Hallesche Auenwälder zu Halle (Saale) eV (AHA)”.
