Elowah Falls

Elowah Falls

The Elowah Falls is a waterfall of McCord Creek in Multnomah County in the US state of Oregon . Located in the John B. Yeon State Scenic Corridor on Interstate 84 in the Columbia River Gorge, the waterfall falls over a basalt cliff 65 m (65 m). Originally the fall was also called McCord Creek Falls , but renamed Elowah Falls in 1915. Some sources give the height of the falls as 88 m (by including the Upper McCord Creek Falls ).
