Eloy Leveque

Eloy Leveque , French: Eloy Lévêque, (born December 1, 1856 in Rieding , † after 1918) was a veterinarian and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Leveque attended the small seminar in Finstingen , Pont-à-Mousson and Montigny and from October 1879 to 1883 the veterinary college in Berlin . From January 1, 1884 he was a veterinarian and from July 1, 1897 district veterinarian in Saarburg . In 1877/78 he served as a one-year volunteer in the Field Artillery Regiment No. 15 in Strasbourg . He was also a member of the District Council and the Agriculture Council of Alsace-Lorraine.

From 1912 to 1918 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Reichsland Alsace-Lorraine 15 ( Saarburg , Château-Salins ). He was a member of the Independent Lorraine Party (ULR).
