Elsa Andersson (diver)

Elsa Helena Andersson (born August 19, 1894 in Stockholm , † January 26, 1994 in San Francisco ) was a Swedish diver .

At the age of 17 years Andersson took in her hometown to the Olympics in part and reached the 6th place in the inaugural women's competition of the high diving from the 10-meter board. She later took the name Cordes through marriage and lived in the United States .
