Emanuela Da Ros
Emanuela Da Ros (born December 24, 1959 in Vittorio Veneto , Veneto , Italy ) is an Italian writer and journalist .
Life
Emanuela Da Ros studied art history at the University of Padua , which she graduated with a thesis on Byzantine art . She then taught Italian and history at a high school in her hometown. From 1997 she also worked as a journalist and made her debut as a writer with the children's book Poste e risposte in 2000. For her first work she was honored as the best unpublished writer at the Bologna Ragazzi Award .
So far, three of her works have been published in the German language with Der Melonen-Klau and other messages from house number four , Ein sweeter Typ and Viermallieblieb .
She is married to Charles De Bastiani, with whom she has two children.
