Emil Caras (* 21st December 1967 as Emilian Caras in Kishinev ) is a former Moldovan national football team .

Caras played his first international match in a friendly on July 2, 1991 against the selection of Georgia. This game was lost 2: 4. Between 1991 and 1995 Caras played nine international matches. With a few exceptions, he played almost exclusively for the Moldovan club Zimbru Chișinău . In 1997 he played two games for the Russian first division club FK Tyumen . Since 2010 he has been the team manager of the Russian club FK Kuban Krasnodar .
