Emilie Marie Nereng (born November 3, 1995 in Hønefoss , Norway ), better known by her blogger name Voe , is a Norwegian blogger , cheerleader and singer .

In March 2009 she started her own blog and in October of the same year had already reached 3.5 million hits. On September 18, 2009 she was a guest on TV 2 .

In June 2010 she sang in front of 80,000 people in Copenhagen City Hall. Also in 2010 she gave a lecture on social media at the Lillehammer University of Applied Sciences and was the youngest lecturer there at the age of 14.

On January 2, 2011, she announced the closure of her blog due to exhaustion. On March 15th of the same year the blog started again. Her blog has been closed again since April 2017.

In October 2011 she was the guest of honor at the official opening of Telenor's new cellular network in Norway.
