Emilio Jesús Carricondo (born January 22, 1973 in San Rafael , Argentina), called El Corazón de Mendoza , is a former Argentine road cyclist .

In 1999 Carricondo was the overall winner of the Rutas de América stage race in its 28th edition. With a total time of 33 hours 39 minutes and 40 seconds, he referred Walter Pérez and Javier Gómez to the other podium places. In addition, during the tour where he started for the cycling team of the Federación Argentina , he was able to book three stage wins on the first and the two sections of the seventh stage. In 2000 he decided the Vuelta de San Rafael in his favor, in which he also took top places in stages and in the overall standings in 2008.
