Malice escapes from an institution with the help of Rabbit, a short man in a rabbit costume. Its head, Dr. Queenie, hires Jabbowski to track them down.

Jabbowski follows Malice to an abandoned gas station where she hides. When he tries to break into the building, the owner comes back and threatens him with a gun. While the gas station owner has sex with his girlfriend in the car, Malice escapes.

She meets a man named Chester Catz who helps her escape and sleeps with her. The two visit one of his friends, Cater Pillz, who runs a strip bar. After that, they take part in an orgy . Jabbowski follows the trail of the two, looks for Pillz and shoots him. He finds Catz at the orgy and shoots him too. However, Catz wears a mask that saves his life. Malice escapes again.

She is picked up by a group of amateur porn film makers. Malice agrees to step in as a camerawoman while filming. During this filming, the armed Jabbowski and Dr. Queenie. Suddenly Rabbit also appears and is shot by Jabbowski. Malice can no longer escape and is brought back to the institution.

The plot of the film is based on Lewis Carroll's book Alice in Wonderland , to which the title is a clear reference.
