Strawberry Shortcake prepares for Christmas in Strawberry Country. Since she doesn't have any presents for her friends yet, she takes her pony honey cake to the gift land (in the original: holiday land ). She gets a sugar plum bush for Orangella fruit blossom. In the sweets bazaar she then receives biscuit molds for her friend Larissa gingerbread and a red wheelbarrow for her sister apple cheeks. In the pine cone forest she finds a scratching post for her cat Schnurr-Schönchen and an angel for Kiara cake. Later she finds a place in a bell collar for her dog. Since Emily has not yet found a present for her friend Wilbur Waldbeer, the two continue to the north of the gift country. When it gets colder and they get caught in a storm, they want to turn back, but suddenly they find themselves in Santa's house, who explains to Emily that she will soon find the right present. On her way home, Emily thinks of giving Wilbur snowballs. But when she gets home, all of the snowballs have melted and the water has made the other presents unusable. But their friends are not angry, they remind them that the best gift is their friendship. Santa Claus has already made sure that all presents are under the Christmas tree. So everyone still gets their presents and their pony honey cake gets the new saddle that it has always wanted.
