Emmanuel Atukwei Clottey (born August 30, 1987 in Accra ) is a Ghanaian football player.
Clottey was the top scorer in the Ghanaian Premier League in the 2006/2007 season. In early 2008 he moved from his home club Accra Great Olympics to FC Wacker Innsbruck with moderate success . His 2008/2009 season at the Danish club Odense BK was also unsuccessful. Back home he grew stronger. For Berekum Chelsea he was by far the top scorer in the CAF Champions League 2012 and moved to the Tunisian club Espérance Tunis . He is an Olympic player in Ghana and also belongs to the extended circle of the senior national team.
