Emmanuel du Parquet
Emmanuel Joseph Marie du Parquet (* 1869 in Chester , † 1933 in Paris ) was a French officer and diplomat .
In the Latvian War of Independence had Lieutenant Colonel Parquet as head of the French military mission from 1919 to 1920 and was negotiating partners in ceasefire Strasdenhof on July 3, 1919th
