Ekti began his professional career at Bursa Nilüferspor , where he made 95 appearances in five years. In 2013 he moved to Şekerspor , then to Tavşanlı Linyitspor in 2014 . He made his league debut for Tavşanlı on September 7, 2014 against Yeni Malatyaspor , the game Tavşanlı lost 2-1.
