Emre Hasan Balcı (born April 5, 1987 in Australia ) is a Turkish football player . In addition to Turkish, he also has Australian citizenship.

Career

Balcı was born in 1987 to Turkish migrants in Australia . He and his family moved to Istanbul when he was a child . Here he started club football in the youth of Bakırköyspor . In the summer of 2004 he was accepted into the professional squad and made his professional debut in a fourth division match on the last day of the 2003/04 season. The following season he played mostly for the reserve team and only rarely got a chance with the professionals. In the spring of 2006 he finally won a regular place in the first team of Bakırköyspor and kept this until his departure in summer 2007. Then he moved to the former traditional club and then amateur club Vefa Istanbul .

After two years he left Vefa SK for Sarıyer SK . Here he also played only one season and moved to second division Akhisar Belediyespor .

For the 2011/12 season he moved to third division club Adana Demirspor . There he succeeded with his team the play-off victory of the league and thus the promotion to the TFF 1st Lig. For the winter transfer period 2012 he left Adana Demirspor after a contract termination. For the second half of the 2012/13 season he moved to third division club Yeni Malatyaspor .
