Endre Högyes
Endre Högyes (born November 30, 1847 in Hajdúszoboszló , † September 8, 1906 in Budapest ) was a Hungarian medic.
Högyes studied medicine at the University of Budapest and later taught there and at the University of Kolozsvár .
He researched, taught and published in numerous areas. a. the mechanism of eye movements. In the field of immunology, he is one of the founders of the Hungarian Pasteur Institute. He improved the rabies vaccination developed by Louis Pasteur .
