Final digit lottery

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A final number lottery is a lottery in which winning numbers are determined in prize draws .

The winning numbers consist of a different number of digits . The smallest winning numbers consist of just one digit. The number of digits of the largest winning numbers is the same as the number of digits that make up the lottery ticket numbers . The winning tickets are those whose numbers match the winning numbers starting with the lowest value. For example, ticket number 4711 matches winning numbers 4711, 711, 11 and 1.

The amount of winnings usually depends on the number of matching last digits. Because a match with a winning number consisting of many digits is less likely than with a few digits, more correct numbers will result in a larger profit.

Final digit lotteries that are widespread in Germany are Spiel 77 and Super 6 .
