Engelbert Milde

Engelbert Milde (born July 17, 1885 in Breslau , † 1950 or 1951 in Berlin ) was a German singer and cabaret artist.

Life

Milde made his debut in 1904 in Leipzig , where he appeared as a lecturer at the Krystall-Palast. In 1905 he was seen as an actor in the Millowitsch Theater in Cologne . His cabaret number Tele + Pathie dates from around 1910. He later directed Mildes Künstlerspiele in Dresden .

In 1917 he married Edith Eleonore, b. from Holzhausen. In her first marriage she was married to the businessman Fritz Gutmann. Both marriages ended in divorce.
