The half-timbered house Engelblecker Straße 137 is located in the Neuwerk -Engelbleck district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).
The house was built in the 18th century. It was entered under No. E 023 on March 1, 1990 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
The property is located south of Neuwerk on the old connection route to Gladbach. The half-timbered courtyard from the 18th century is a three-sided complex grouped around a small courtyard and consisting of a residential house and barn .
Residential building
Three-aisled, longitudinally closed, two-storey building with a low roof over the sides. Framework structure z. T. received. Pantile roof with slate-covered ridges, places and ridge.
barn
Half-timbered barn transversely closed with 6: 3 compartments and extension under northwestern towing. Large double-leaf gate with a separate hatch . Upright bolt framework with horizontal compartments.
