Enikő Török

Enikő Török is a Hungarian- born pianist and university teacher who works in Germany .

Török started playing the piano at the age of four. After studying music at the Franz Liszt Music Academy in Budapest , she was a master class student of Professor Kornél Zempléni. She has lived in Germany since 1975, where she has been teaching piano at the Würzburg Conservatory since 1976 and at the Würzburg University of Music since 1977 .

Török performs regularly as a soloist , with various chamber music partners and with her husband, the cellist János Török . In 1976 she co-founded the Amati piano trio with the 1st concertmaster of the Philharmonic Orchestra of the City of Würzburg, Alexander Kaczkowsky. The program focused on works by Haydn , Mozart , Beethoven , Dvořák , Schumann , Smetana and Brahms .
