Enrico Acerbi

Enrico Acerbi (also Heinrich Acerbi ; born October 25, 1785 in Castano Primo , † December 5, 1827 in Tremezzina ) was an Italian medic .

Life

Enrico Acerbi studied medicine and did educational trips. Later he was a professor at the Clinic of the University of Milan . He made a name for himself as a doctor; Constantin von Wurzbach judged: "His peculiar, witty, lively lecture spiced with lively ideas and the art of his surprising diagnosis filled the sickrooms [...] with students" . Acerbi died on December 5, 1827 in Tremezzina at the age of 42.
