Decisions of the constitutional courts of the federal states
The decisions of the constitutional courts of the federal states (LVerfGE) are a compilation of selected decisions of the constitutional courts of several German federal states .
The decisions of the constitutional courts of thirteen federal states are currently being considered for the LVerfGE. The constitutional decisions in Bavaria , North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate are currently not recorded in the LVerfGE.
The LVerfGE has been published since 1996 by the members of the respective courts as a secondary activity , but the collection was created retrospectively insofar as it takes decisions from 1992 onwards into account. The editorial goal is to publish the most important decisions of a calendar year in one volume . The compilation takes place in alphabetical order ; that is, decisions by the State Court of Baden-Württemberg are at the beginning, decisions by the Thuringian Constitutional Court at the end of each volume. In addition to a subject and legal register , a directory with the address , telephone and fax number and website of the individual constitutional courts is also printed in each volume.
The LVerfGE are published by Walter de Gruyter in Berlin and Boston .
