The decisions of the Higher Administrative Court of Berlin-Brandenburg (OVGE) is since 2007 official collection of legally become decisions and judgments of the Higher Administrative Court of Berlin-Brandenburg .
The OVGE continues the tradition of the decisions of the Higher Administrative Court of Berlin issued from 1954 to 2005 . The expansion of the collection of decisions resulted from the establishment of a joint higher administrative court for the states of Berlin and Brandenburg on July 1, 2005.
In addition to the printed decisions , each volume contains an index , a list of statutes and a list of the members of the court, structured according to the individual senates and specialist senates as well as the judges appointed .
The OVGE are published by the members of the court as a secondary activity and are published by Carl Heymanns Verlag in Cologne , Berlin and Munich .
The recommended citation is "Abbreviation, volume, page number" - for example "OVGE 26, 133" (= volume 26, page 133). An extension of the abbreviation to distinguish it from other decision collections abbreviated in the same way is not common.
