The Oral and Aqtöbe eparchy ( Kazakh Орал және Ақтөбе епархиясы , Russian Уральская и Актюбинская епархия ) is an eparchy of the Russian Orthodox Church in Kazakhstan . It belongs to the metropolitan district of Kazakhstan. The eparchy, founded in 1991, includes the areas of Aqtöbe , Atyrau , Mangghystau and Western Kazakhstan .
