Epembe is a settlement and administrative center in the constituency of the same name in the Ohangwena region in northeastern Namibia . The district borders on Angola to the north and the constituency of Okongo to the east .
The village of Epembe is 1079 meters above sea level around 70 kilometers south of Eenhana .
