Erasmus Schröter

Erasmus Schröter (* 1956 in Leipzig ) is a German photographer .

Life

Erasmus Schröter began studying photography in 1977 at the Leipzig School of Graphics and Book Art (diploma). After his expatriation from the GDR in 1985, he moved to Hamburg and worked for various magazines. From 2005 to 2006 the College of Graphics and Book Art appointed him as a visiting professor.

Schröter lives and works in Leipzig.
