Hereditary farm and poor house
The building of the hereditary yard and poor house is a secular building . It is located at Horkheimer Straße 27 in the Heilbronn district of Sontheim and is a protected cultural monument .

The building was first mentioned in 1600. In 1730 ownership of the building was divided. The eastern part remained a hereditary farm and became the property of the Teutonic Order , which had ruled Sontheim since the Middle Ages . The western part came into community ownership and became the community poor house . Today it is a house with a restaurant.
The building is a two-storey plastered building with protrusions on the eaves side of the half-timbered house and with walls of the doors and windows in the Baroque style .
