The building at Erhardstrasse 3 in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian list of monuments under number D-6-72-114-283 .

history

The four-storey Mansarddachbau with bay windows and rustication -Sockelgeschoss was founded in 1911 by Christian Haub in the century art nouveau built. The Art Nouveau expresses itself in its structural design; the reduction in ornamentation, on the other hand, is an element of modernism in the 1920s.
