Eric Justin Toth (born February 13, 1982 ; aka David Bussone ) is a retired private school teacher and convicted sex offender .

He was wanted for producing and possessing child pornography . He has been wanted since 2008 and on April 10, 2012, he was even placed on the FBI's top ten list as the 495th person . A year later, on April 22, 2013, he was arrested in Esteli , Nicaragua , and immediately extradited to the United States .

Eric Toth was sentenced to 25 years in prison on March 11, 2014.
